Does AI replace the Absolute Best Air technician?
No. A trained technician performs the inspection, tests the equipment and is responsible for the diagnosis. Our software helps organize system and indoor-air-quality data so the technician can document patterns and explain the evidence more clearly.
Can Absolute Best Air monitor an HVAC system after a visit?
Our current software supports continued system visibility after the initial visit when the applicable service and customer setup are in place. Patent-pending monitoring hardware with additional automatic alerts and predictive features is still being developed and is not yet generally available.
Can the technology predict every HVAC failure?
No technology can guarantee every failure will be predicted. The goal is to identify meaningful changes earlier, give the technician better evidence and help homeowners make informed maintenance and repair decisions.
