This policy explains how Absolute Best Air Inc. handles information through absolutebestair.com and its connected service workflows. It does not replace the privacy terms of third-party services you choose to use, such as online scheduling, financing or payment providers.
Information you provide
When you request service, an estimate or membership information, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, service need, urgency, message and permission to contact you. Employment inquiries and third-party scheduling or financing applications may request additional information under the policy shown in that separate workflow.
Website and advertising information
We collect limited first-party interaction information such as the page visited, page type, selected call to action, requested service or service-area marker and the time of the interaction. When an advertising link supplies campaign parameters, we may retain the source, medium, campaign, term or content value and platform click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID for the current browser session and associated lead record.
Our website does not need unrelated URL query strings to measure a visit. Analytics paths exclude those query strings, and referrer records exclude referrer query strings. A random session identifier helps group events from one visit; it is not intended to identify a person by itself.
Browser storage
