HVAC Service Technician

Position Summary

This is not a “swap the part and leave” seat. You diagnose the whole system, run our 151-point inspection, show the homeowner the evidence, and only then present options. Family-owned since 2009. Third-generation HVAC. If you want to be paid like a diagnostic tech, not a parts changer, this is the role.

Objectives

• Complete a documented 151-point inspection on every call
• Diagnose airflow, electrical, refrigeration, drainage, and controls before recommending parts
• Explain findings in plain language and get approval before work starts
• Offer ABA Home+ and the right repair-or-replace path without pressure
• Keep first-time completion high and callbacks low
• Represent the brand on every porch in Henry County and south Metro Atlanta

• Works heat and cold without cutting the process
• Takes coaching and runs the Absolute standard the same way every time

Education & Experience

• 3+ years residential HVAC service, all brands
• EPA 608
• Valid license and clean driving record
• Comfortable in attics, roofs, and crawlspaces
• NATE preferred
